The gunite application looks outstanding — the vanishing edge came out exactly as drawn. Well done to the team. Please confirm the marble delivery date as soon as you have it from the supplier in Carrara. We need this to release the Milestone 3 payment. I have also noted that Week 3 Kavanaugh documentation is still outstanding — please upload this today.

Thursday inspection confirmed for 10am. Please ensure the plumbing rough-in team is on site. I will need access to the equipment vault area and the main mechanical room. Can you also have the site foreman available to walk through the week's progress?

Gunite application completed Wednesday afternoon, ahead of schedule. The vanishing edge form is set correctly and we are confident in the pour. Beginning plumbing rough-in Monday as planned. Will have marble delivery confirmation by end of week.
